You will assist with recruitment events as needed and gather candidate feedback throughout the interview process, sharing insights related to role expectations, market compensation, and benefits.
This role also involves tracking candidate progress through the internal interview process, maintaining accurate data within the ATS, and using recruiting metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness.
