Recruiter
Overview
The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across Unrivaled Teamwear, from opening the requisition through offer and pre-employment. This role will work directly with hiring managers to understand what they need, identify qualified candidates, and keep the hiring process moving. The majority of this role will be focused on recruiting, with additional HR generalist support as needed.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the organization
- Meet with hiring managers to understand the position, required skills, experience, and hiring priorities
- Post positions and manage job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels
- Review resumes and determine which candidates meet the basic requirements of the position
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Cook up interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to keep interviews, feedback, and decisions moving forward
- Absorb offer preparation, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate applicant information and recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS
- Follow up on open requisitions and identify areas where additional recruiting activity is needed
- Help ensure candidates have a professional and consistent experience throughout the hiring process
HR Support
- Recruiting will be the primary responsibility of this position.
- However, the Recruiter will also provide general HR support when needed, including assisting with new hire onboarding and related coordination
- Supporting employee documentation and HR reporting
- Assisting with HR projects and administrative tasks
- Supporting compliance-related activities as assigned
- Providing additional HR support during periods of increased workload or staffing needs
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience managing the full recruiting process from requisition through offer
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and holding the process accountable when needed
- Experience using an ATS and/or HRIS
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with appropriate judgment and discretion
Preferred
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, operations, or other high-volume positions
- Experience in an HR generalist or hybrid recruiting/HR role
- Working knowledge of basic employment practices and HR compliance
