U.S. Bank · St Louis, MO · 3 wk ago
Human Resources$67k–$78k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes a description paragraph at start: "At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey..." That's like about the company. Could be "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Intro paragraph about U.S. Bank mission, career opportunities. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since they said "About the role" as example, we can use that for the introductory descriptive paragraph. - Job Description paragraph: "We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruiter..." That's also part of role description. Could be included under About the role. - Key Responsibilities: list bullet points under headings: Full-Cycle Recruiting, Talent Advisory & Partnership, Candidate Experience & Relationship Management, Process Excellence & Compliance. Those are subheadings within responsibilities. We could either treat each as separate
  • items, but we need to preserve the structure. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
        for Responsibilities, each
      • containing the bullet text (including subheadings?). The bullet points start with bold headings like "Full-Cycle Recruiting" then description. We could keep them as is inside
      • . Or we could split but not needed. - Basic Qualifications: list: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 or more years of recruiting experience or a combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience. That's two items? Actually it's two sentences but could be considered two qualifications. We'll put as
        • each. - Preferred Skills And Experience: many bullet points. We'll list each as
        • . - Location Expectations: "This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week." That's location expectation, not a standard section; could be part of Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be under "Schedule"? Not schedule. Could be under "About the role"? Might be its own section? The instruction only mentions sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Location expectation could be under "Schedule"? Not really. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Could include it under a

after Qualifications maybe as a note. Since no specific heading matches, we could just include as a

after Qualifications without a heading. - "What Will Make You Successful": list of attributes. Could be under "Skills" or maybe "Qualifications". It's more like success factors. Could be under "Skills". We'll treat as Skills section. - Then paragraph about opportunity etc. Could be part of About the role. - Benefits section: we have a Benefits heading with list. So we need Benefits

          and
. - Pay Range: we have Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00. So we need Pay

            with

containing that. - Schedule: Not explicitly given besides location expectation (3+ days per week). That's schedule-ish. Could be Schedule section with that statement. Since we have location expectation, we can put under Schedule

            with

. - Also there is EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. - Also remove navigation, legal, EEO, etc. - Also remove duplicated lines. - Also remove application instructions (like "If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability..."). - Also remove "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." (link). Remove. - Also remove "U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. - Also remove "E-Verify ..." etc. - Also remove background check details etc. - Also remove "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." We must preserve all substantive information: mission intro, job description, responsibilities, qualifications, preferred skills, what will make you successful, location expectation, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not fabricate sections with filler. Let's craft HTML:

            Pay

            Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00

            Schedule

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

But we have duplicated location expectation both under Location Expectations and Schedule. We could combine: maybe just Schedule section with that statement, and drop Location Expectations heading. Since schedule is about days per week. Let's keep Schedule and drop Location Expectations. However we need to preserve the statement; we have it under Schedule. That's fine. Thus we remove Location Expectations heading. Now check for any duplicated content: The "What Will Make You Successful" list is similar to some preferred skills but we keep as separate section. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO, E-Verify, background check, disability accommodation line, etc. Also removed "Review our full benefits...". Also removed "Posting may be closed earlier...". Also removed "U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records..." etc. Also removed "Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies..." etc. Check for any leftover lines like "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." we kept only the pay range line; we removed the explanatory sentence. Good. Check for any mention of "Benefits: Our approach to benefits..." we kept the list but removed the introductory prose. That's okay; we preserved the list items. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the introductory prose about benefits is substantive? It's descriptive but maybe considered filler. However it's part of benefits description. Could we keep a short p? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. It's okay to keep a brief p before the list. But we already have a Benefits heading; we could add a

with the intro sentence: "Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. That's why our benefits are designed to help you and your family boost your health, protect your financial security and give you peace of mind." That is substantive. Let's include it. Similarly for Pay we could keep the sentence about salary range reflecting primary location etc? That's explanatory but maybe not needed. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler
