Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer coordination, and placement support.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networks, direct outreach, and AI-enabled tools.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation, availability, and organizational fit.
- Join client intake meetings to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Prepare accurate, compelling candidate submissions and present qualified talent through ttg OPT.
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity data in JobAdder and other ttg systems.
- Build talent pipelines and develop knowledge of assigned industries, compensation, and market conditions.
- Communicate consistently with candidates and deliver a high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.
- Learn assigned accounts, participate in client meetings and visits, and identify opportunities with account leaders.
- Meet standards for activity, submission quality, placements, margin, follow-up, and data discipline while progressing toward Senior Recruiter and account ownership.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Commercially minded, high-potential professional; recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in direct outreach, phone engagement, and relationship building.
- Organized, urgent, professional, accountable, ethical, and dependable.
- Curious, coachable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow in recruiting and business development.
- Comfortable using technology, data, AI tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively; English required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, finance, operations, or another commercial role.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, or candidate databases.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for research, sourcing, outreach, writing, or workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Spanish is a plus.
Pay
$55,000 base salary plus variable compensation (total target compensation of $110,000).
