  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and follow-up.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation, market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
  • Ensure candidates receive a professional, organized, and positive experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple roles.
  • Ability to independently manage several open positions, competing priorities, and hiring deadlines.
  • Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify qualifications, potential concerns, and overall fit.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and providing clear, well-supported hiring recommendations.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in candidate tracking, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify challenges and keep hiring processes moving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Commitment to providing a thoughtful and professional candidate experience.
