About the role
Reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager, you will drive recruitment of legal support staff across Texas as part of a high-performing, collaborative recruiting team. The environment fosters quick thinking, assertive sourcing, and a proactive approach to building a pipeline of candidates that advances the firm’s brand.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for the full life-cycle recruitment of legal support staff at varying career levels, across multiple functions and locations.
- Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process: strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to recruiting management.
- Assess the recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in or lead enterprise improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong project management and communications skills.
- Experience recruiting a broad range of complex positions, including executive roles.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility with management and team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full life-cycle professional-level recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of all phases of full life-cycle recruiting.
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred).
- Agency experience (preferred).
