Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit for call center, credit, and business service center roles
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring leaders
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and hiring leaders
• Support customer care and operations teams across multiple locations
• Utilize ATS (e.g., Workday) to track candidates and streamline hiring
• Collaborate with recruitment team to meet hiring targets
• Prepare and present hiring metrics to leadership
• Facilitate onboarding and transition for new hires
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3-6 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
• Full-cycle recruitment and offer management experience
• Sourcing experience for call center or customer care positions
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Skills

• Experience in high-volume recruiting in customer care or call center settings
• Additional offer management experience

Hybrid role with potential conversion to full-time.
