Recruiter

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee (must be local)

Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid – onsite and remote, 40 hours per week

About the role

Support energy, manufacturing, and industrial projects through full-cycle recruiting and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire skilled trades, engineers, project managers, and leadership talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, prioritize hiring initiatives, and drive recruitment strategy.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, workforce planning, and ensuring smooth hiring operations in fast-paced environments with aggressive project deadlines.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others to identify suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience supporting energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Proficient in sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar tools.
• Excellent communication and partner collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Relevant experience supporting high-demand projects, particularly in nuclear-related fields, is a plus.
