Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and aesthetic schools.
  • Conduct video screens and evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, communication skills, and schedule availability.
  • Cook up interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for each location.
  • Extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, aesthetic school events, and recruiting initiatives to strengthen SpaDerma's talent pipeline.
  • Promote SpaDerma's employer brand across recruiting platforms and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team on onboarding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Support additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting hourly customer service, sales, healthcare, aesthetics, or medical professionals preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for medical spas, healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness organizations is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies for licensed providers and customer-facing sales positions.
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel between SpaDerma locations, career fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Work Schedule
  • This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to support hiring events or business needs.
