Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and aesthetic schools.
- Conduct video screens and evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, communication skills, and schedule availability.
- Cook up interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for each location.
- Extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, aesthetic school events, and recruiting initiatives to strengthen SpaDerma's talent pipeline.
- Promote SpaDerma's employer brand across recruiting platforms and social media.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on onboarding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Support additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting hourly customer service, sales, healthcare, aesthetics, or medical professionals preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for medical spas, healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness organizations is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies for licensed providers and customer-facing sales positions.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional travel between SpaDerma locations, career fairs, and recruiting events.
- Work Schedule
- This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to support hiring events or business needs.
