What You Can Expect Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening / interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates.Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges / universities, community organizations, etc.Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion.Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed.Carry out various HR / administrative duties.Maintain constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed.Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail.Must have a professional demeanor. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 1 year of recruitment experience. Must have a reliable means of communication & transportation.Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning / organization skills needed.Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
