We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter in either Boston, MA or New York City, NY. This position will be a 3‑month contract role with the potential to extend, and hybrid with at least 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activity in preparation for a significant upcoming hiring sprint.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple business functions.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics and use data to monitor and improve recruiting activity.
• Work extensively with spreadsheets and recruiting reports to track candidate activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technology to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners throughout the recruiting process.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume hiring demands in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, preferably within Big Tech, technology, or a similarly fast-paced organization.
• Experience recruiting for HR/G&A, Recruiting/Recruiting for Recruiting (R4R), Sales, or related functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Comfortable working extensively with spreadsheets, recruiting data, and performance metrics.
• Experience using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Boston or NYC.
• Demonstrated employment stability, ideally with approximately 2+ years in previous roles.

Pay

Pay range for this position is $42.66 – $50.00 per hour. Compensation varies based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; this rate is subject to change.

Schedule

This is a 3‑month contract role with potential to extend, hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days onsite per week in Boston or New York City.
