We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter . This will be a fully remote, 12-month contract role . Responsibilities Own the top-of-funnel recruitment process for Senior Director and Vice President-level searches globally, including advanced internet research, database mining, and professional networking. Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches to identify, attract, and engage highly qualified executive-level talent. Analyze talent markets, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to provide data-driven insights that help calibrate searches and establish realistic hiring expectations. Develop compelling, personalized outreach strategies for executive-level candidates and monitor engagement metrics to continuously improve results. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and registration while ensuring a high-touch, professional candidate experience. Partner closely with executive recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate talent pools, refine search strategies, and advance hiring objectives. Support talent acquisition initiatives focused on people development and equal employment opportunities. Manage multiple global searches simultaneously, adapting priorities and sourcing strategies based on stakeholder feedback, market conditions, and changing business needs. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates through ongoing engagement and long-term candidate nurturing strategies. Represent the employer brand professionally when engaging with prospective candidates and external talent markets. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in talent research or sourcing, including at least 1 year focused on executive-level recruiting in an in-house or agency environment. Demonstrated ability to identify, research, and engage senior-level and executive talent, including passive candidates. Experience developing and maintaining long-term candidate engagement strategies, including keep-warm initiatives. Ability to research and analyze talent markets, interpret recruiting data, and communicate actionable market intelligence. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism and executive presence needed to engage senior leaders and high-level candidates. Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic regions. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple searches in a fast-paced, global environment. Willingness and ability to work across international borders and multiple time zones. Strong curiosity, adaptability, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills. Ability to represent an employer brand authentically and professionally in external talent markets. Experience supporting multiple recruiters across diverse functions simultaneously. Familiarity with LinkedIn Insights, Thrive, Eightfold, talent mapping tools, and AI-powered recruiting tools. Experience sourcing for high-scale technology platforms, infrastructure, and services organizations. Experience using recruiting analytics and engagement metrics to refine sourcing strategies. Pay Range Pay range for this position will be up to $73.61 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
