About The Role

The role owns full-cycle talent acquisition, driving sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate management for high-growth technical and business teams. This position acts as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, defining requirements, structuring interview loops, and executing closing strategies in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical, product, and business roles, from initial sourcing to successful offer execution.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish structured interview rubrics.
• Succeed in passive candidate outreach by leveraging advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific networks to build diverse pipelines.
• Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews with leadership, providing data-driven updates on metrics like pass-through rates, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel efficiency.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) hygiene, candidate scheduling logistics, and offer approvals to ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver a transparent, communicative, and positive candidate journey from initial touchpoint to final onboarding handoff.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced technology company or modern recruiting agency.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex engineering, product, or go-to-market roles.
• Expertise with modern recruiting tech stacks, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever ATS, and sourcing tools like Gem.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently advise senior leadership on market realities and hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting within high-growth venture-backed startups or specialized engineering domains (such as AI, FinTech, or Cloud Infrastructure).
