About The Role
The Recruiter role owns full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and operational business units, managing the candidate journey from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance. Working within a fast-paced technology organization, this role partners closely with engineering, product, and operations leaders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent in competitive markets. This position is critical to scaling the organization's remote and regional footprint while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience. The role requires a data-driven approach to recruiting, utilizing modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and structured evaluation frameworks to optimize hiring velocity and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 10-15 active roles across engineering, product, and business operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, draft job descriptions, and design structured interview rubrics.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized talent networks.
- Analyze and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source-of-hire channels.
- Owain candidate engagement, scheduling coordination, and feedback collection to ensure a seamless and positive interview process.
- Facilitate candidate debrief sessions and lead the offer delivery and negotiation process.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a growing technology company.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles like software engineering, product management, or data science.
- Deep expertise using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and advanced sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and calibrate team requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus: Experience recruiting within the Phoenix tech ecosystem, or previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
