Responsibilities
- Find and attract candidates for open roles
- Screen resumes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and team goals
- Conduct/schedule interviews
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to job offer
- Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Experience within the life sciences field is a huge plus
- Must be local to the Milford, MA area
Pay
$25‑$29 per hour
Schedule
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm; Work type: On‑site 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week; Start date: ASAP; End date: approximately 1 month (could extend)
