Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate relationships, keeping recruitment activity organized, and helping teams fill roles efficiently. The person in this role will manage multiple openings, maintain steady communication with applicants, and partner closely with leadership to move hiring needs forward. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage talent with relevant experience for current job openings using effective sourcing strategies. • Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate alignment with role requirements. • Guide applicants through each stage of the hiring process with timely and clear communication. • Arrange interviews, confirm schedules, and coordinate follow-up steps with candidates and hiring teams. • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date within the applicant tracking system. • Oversee multiple vacancies and active candidate pipelines while maintaining strong attention to detail. • Collaborate with managers to clarify staffing needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles. • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred. • Strong ability to source candidates across a range of openings and talent pools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to candidate interaction. • Proven organizational skills with consistent follow-through on interviews, updates, and next steps. • Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced work environment. • Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented work style.
