Recruiter

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter to support a manufacturing hiring initiative in Clifton, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will focus on high-volume recruiting for production and packing teams while also helping new hires move smoothly through onboarding and required documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication in two languages, and the patience to manage repetitive hiring activity with consistency and professionalism. Responsibilities:• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for production and packing roles within the manufacturing operation• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates to maintain a steady pipeline for ongoing staffing needs• Guide selected candidates through onboarding steps to ensure a smooth start and timely completion of hiring requirements• Prepare, review, and organize employment documents with accuracy and attention to detail• Provide bilingual communication and translation support for candidates and new hires during the hiring process• Partner with hiring stakeholders to track staffing progress and respond to recurring workforce demands• Maintain organized recruitment records and follow up with applicants throughout each stage of the process• Support hiring activities with patience and consistency in an environment with repetitive openings • Bilingual communication skills with the ability to assist candidates through translation when needed • Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for production, warehouse, or manufacturing-related roles • Working knowledge of onboarding processes and new employee documentation • Strong ability to manage paperwork accurately and maintain organized records • Proven sourcing skills and the ability to keep a consistent candidate flow • Patience and adaptability in a role that involves recurring hiring activity • Clear interpersonal and coordination skills for working with candidates and internal teams TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
