Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to provide immediate hiring support for a growing organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract position offers a hybrid schedule and focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and a wide range of roles, from high-volume operational hiring to specialized and corporate positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, stay organized across competing priorities, and partner effectively with hiring stakeholders to keep hiring activity moving efficiently. Responsibilities: • Oversee a high-volume requisition portfolio spanning multiple sites and maintain steady progress across active openings. • Lead the full recruitment process from posting opportunities through onboarding coordination for new hires. • Identify and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal candidate records, and other sourcing methods. • Screen applications, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams. • Prepare and manage offer documentation, support employment authorization paperwork, and assist with pre-employment steps. • Track candidate movement, hiring activity, and status updates accurately within applicant tracking tools and shared reporting documents. • Partner with internal stakeholders to recruit for entry-level labor positions, difficult-to-fill specialty openings, and office-based roles. • Support location-specific hiring requirements such as background checks, drug screenings, and physical exams when needed. • Contribute to recruiting operations during a hybrid work schedule, including onsite training and collaboration in the early part of the assignment. • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. • Demonstrated success handling both high-volume hiring and detail-focused searches. • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines. • Ability to balance multiple open roles, new sourcing activity, and ongoing communication with hiring managers. • Proficiency with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, shared documents, and virtual meeting platforms. • Experience in roofing or a related industry is strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving hiring environment.
