Responsibilities
- Aid Division Managers in recruiting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for the organization, including advertising job openings and attending career fairs.
- Develop and track performance benchmarks for recruiting.
- Arrange management pre-interviews and formal interviews, coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Use applicant tracking systems for recruitment reporting.
- Support HR assignments and projects.
- Negotiate and manage external recruitment service contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide insights on market conditions and compensation expectations.
- Align recruiting initiatives with organizational goals and strategic plans.
- Attend conferences and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

- At least 3-5 years' recruiting experience.
- The ability to travel 25% of the year throughout the United States.
