About The Role We're looking for a Recruiter to support and execute hiring across both technical and go-to-market (GTM) teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand role requirements, assist with recruiting strategies, and help attract world-class talent in a variety of functions. You'll be hands-on in running searches while also supporting process and tool improvements as we scale. This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday–Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment. What you'll do with us Support full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles—from sourcing through offerPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assist in designing interview processes, and meet hiring goalsSource and engage talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategiesContribute to improving recruiting process, tooling, and reporting for all hiring functionsDeliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stageBuild relationships with hiring managers and team membersCollaborate with and learn from more tenured recruiters and recruiting leadership What will set you apart 1+ years of experience in recruiting, supporting technical and/or business roles (e.g., engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)Familiarity with sourcing candidates and basic recruiting processesStrong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholdersExperience with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStartup or high-growth company experience preferred, but not required Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $140,000 This is the base salary range we expect in good faith to pay for this role at the time of posting. Where an offer lands within the range depends on the scope and complexity of work the candidate can own independently and demonstrated depth at this level. Other Compensation And Benefits The range above reflects base salary only. Our offer packages also include equity in the form of stock options, so total compensation for this role will exceed the base salary range. We do not ask for or consider salary history.
