About the role
We're looking for a dynamic recruiter who can do more than just fill roles. You'll be a key player in shaping our team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for internal positions
- Administer pre-employment testing and ensure compliance with hiring protocols
- Conduct walkthroughs and company orientations for prospective hires
- Cook up job observations and working interviews
- Utilize various job posting platforms to actively hunt for top talent
- Maintain accurate documentation and applicant tracking in Vanilla Soft
- Play and active role in creating an outstanding onboarding experience by welcoming new hires, conducting office tours, facilitating introductory orientations, and helping employees build connections through first-day lunches and meaningful interactions.
- Aid with a variety of HR tasks and support functions as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- A true talent hunter: you know how to look beyond the resume and spot potential
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with new people, with a natural ability to make candidates and new hires feel welcomed, comfortable, and engaged from their very first interaction.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of internal roles (Sales, Customer Services, Administrative, HR, IT)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Comfortable conducting interviews and serving as an enthusiastic ambassador of the Company's culture and values.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable to changing business needs
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Pay
Starting base salary of $29.00- $32.19 per hour, based on experience, plus a competitive bonus program that rewards successful interviews, hires, and long-term employee retention.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends.
