Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful recruiting programs for our client base
- Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data within operational software systems
- Aid Business Development Manager in obtaining new client leads
- Provide our clients with outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent to enable efficient and timely fulfillment of client hiring needs
Essential Skills And Functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects
- Strong problem-solving skills & interpersonal savvy
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years of previous recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally across candidates, clients, and internal teams, driving alignment and timely decision-making
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel are critical to your success in this role
