About The Role We're looking for a Recruiter to lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition for our rapidly growing, multi-office CPA firm. This role owns the full recruiting lifecycle, from strategy and sourcing through interviewing and hiring, for experienced professionals and campus recruits. What You’ll Own Recruiting Strategy & Execution Develop recruitment strategies to achieve staffing levels as determined by the firmLead and manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesDevelop and conduct training for the firm's hiring teams on interviewing and candidate evaluationCoordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes Campus & Community Relations Cultivate and establish relationships with targeted universities and professional organizationsPlan and attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, and firm-hosted eventsManage the internship program pipeline, from initial outreach through assessment and offer Reporting & Systems Develop and manage the firm's recruiting database and applicant trackingPrepare and present reports on hiring statistics and recruiting metrics to firm leadershipIdentify opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI tools to improve the recruiting process Requirements What You Bring: Proven performance and experience in a recruiting roleExceptional communication skills and an outgoing personalityExperience recruiting in public accounting or professional services preferredStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at onceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Why Join Pease Bell?
