About the role

This is a remote position available in Colorado. The salary range is between $60,000 to $80,000, with additional benefits including health care, vision, dental, retirement, flexible time away, sick leave, and more. The salary range may vary based on location, market data/ranges, skills, and prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Owning the full recruiting process end to end - from the first outreach to the offer call
• Recruiting across a wide range - technical roles, designers, editors, content creators, niche subject matter experts, and G&A
• Building and working your candidate pipeline proactively
• Running discovery conversations that go deeper than "are you open to opportunities"
• Running candidate debriefs with the hiring team
• Pushing back in the huddle when you don't think a candidate is the right fit
• Going back to the search when something's off

Requirements

• You know how to sell - and you know how to lose
• You've made AI do things that raised eyebrows
• You've built systems that keep your pipeline organized and your follow-ups sharp
• You ask better questions than most
• You find people others can't
• You run your own show
• You actually care about this space

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting across various functions
• Proven ability to close roles that aren't easy to fill
• Experience building sourcing approaches for talent communities

• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in recruitment
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
