About the role

We’re growing our team to meet ambitious goals, and we know that great people are the key to our success. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we identify and evaluate talent. You will thoughtfully recognize potential, understanding context, and surface insights that help us make thoughtful hiring decisions. Your work will directly support our ability to build high-performing teams, refine our approach to talent acquisition, and deliver meaningful candidate experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with your management team, engage with candidates, and bring a discerning eye to every step of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Identification & Evaluation: Engage with candidates and assess their potential through thoughtful conversations, contextual analysis, and nuanced judgment, not just resume review.
  • Candidate Conversations: Conduct phone interviews that go beyond surface-level questions to uncover motivations, strengths, and growth potential.
  • Insight Development: Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long-term impact.
  • Continuous Learning: Reflect on hiring outcomes and share feedback that helps us refine how we assess and engage talent.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required for this role. We’re looking for curious, thoughtful professionals who are energized by people and ideas.

  • Discerning Judgment & Talent Evaluation: Demonstrated ability to assess diverse experiences and identify potential beyond the resume, focusing on capabilities, context, and long-term fit. Ability to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity & Strategic Adaptability: Navigates uncertainty with confidence, adjusting strategies and evaluation criteria to align with evolving team goals and candidate profiles.
  • Insight-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at turning nuanced observations into actionable insights that inform hiring decisions.
  • Collaborative Relationship Building: Builds trust across teams through clear communication and a shared commitment to thoughtful, high-impact hiring.
