About the Role: As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for critical business functions and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership teams. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and guide candidates through a thoughtful and engaging hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-to-Market and/or G&A functionsPartner closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and organizational prioritiesDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talentBuild and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidatesDrive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptanceManage offer negotiations and help close candidates in competitive talent marketsProvide market insights and recruiting expertise to business leadersTrack recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvementAct as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company's mission, culture, and growth story Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth technology companiesProven success recruiting for Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations) and/or G&A functionsStrong sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidatesExperience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managersExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneouslySelf-motivated, resourceful, and energized by ambitious hiring goalsThrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where adaptability is keyPassionate about helping build exceptional teams and scaling innovative companies Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
