About the role

An investment management firm with approximately $17 billion in assets under management is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team. The firm specializes in mortgage and consumer credit investments and operates globally with offices in key financial hubs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned full-cycle searches for operations and investment professionals, administrative staff, and interns.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to confirm staffing needs and search priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and conduct candidate screening and assessment.
• Present candidate profiles, coordinate interview formats and schedules, and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Create or update job descriptions and recruiting materials as needed.
• Maintain recruiting activity records in SharePoint and the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and track recruiting activity and key performance indicators.
• Provide organized handoff documentation for open searches and candidate pipelines at the conclusion of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
• At least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within asset management, banking, financial services, or a regulated professional-services environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple active searches and advancing candidates through the recruiting process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and recruiting technology; experience with Workday is preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: $40 – $50/hr
