About the role

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for a legal search firm.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for law firm clients.
• Craft candidate presentation emails, schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and negotiate offers and bill rates.
• Conduct reference checks, background verification, and support onboarding follow-up.
• Write clear and engaging job descriptions and outreach messaging.
• Engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct messaging.
• Proofread resumes and maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Requirements

• At least three years of recruiting experience.
• Understanding of legal terminology is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent deductive reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

Pay

$70,000 to $71,000/year + Uncapped Commission

Monday – Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm
