Kelly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to work at a premier eye-wear manufacturer and retailer in Dallas, TX 75234 on a 6-month contract.

What you'll be doing
- Managing full-life cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality, diverse talent for mid-level management, leadership, and technical roles
- Building and maintaining partnerships with internal stakeholders and client groups to understand and address business staffing needs
- Designing and executing recruitment strategies leveraging cold-calling, networking, and web/social-based sourcing methods
- Leading recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR, acting as a subject matter expert on hiring techniques and legal considerations
- Providing guidance and consultative support throughout the hiring process for candidates and hiring managers
- Gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and labor market trends to inform search strategies and presentations
- Generating recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and data analytics for designated assignments
- Leading special recruitment projects and mentoring recruitment team members as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of recruiting experience across retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industries
- Knowledgeable in recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience developing and implementing recruitment processes
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influential communication skills
- Takes initiative, excels at prioritization and negotiation, and partners effectively at all organizational levels
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and strong analytical skills to manage change and report on recruitment analytics
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting international multi-brand consumer, retail, supply chain, wholesale, or medical device businesses
Pay
$47.47/hr
