You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the Manager, Talent Acquisition to create a positive candidate experience, build strong talent pipelines, and keep our hiring process moving efficiently.
If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and juggling multiple openings in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive here. Role is remote, but we are looking for candidates located in Texas with the ability to travel to Austin for occasional in-person meetings.

What You Bring
- 2+ years in recruiting or staffing, ideally in-house. We're looking for someone who's hired across the spectrum — hands-on technical roles (the non-computer kind), traditional roles, and technical computer roles alike.

- Fluent in ATS workflows (ours is Teamtailor).

- You care about finding the right candidates, not just any candidates.
- Prior HR experience (not just recruiting), SHRM-CP, or PHR is a plus.
- Located in Texas.
