About the role

As the Recruiter at Gravitate, you’ll take ownership of the entire hiring process. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, build sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and help guide people through onboarding. You’ll be accountable not just for filling roles, but for creating a candidate experience that is clear, thoughtful, and reflective of Gravitate’s high-trust, high-autonomy culture. You’ll build strong relationships across the organization, bring structure to hiring decisions, and continuously look for ways to improve our sourcing, interview process, and recruiting operations.
