Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for production and skilled-trade roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Identify and attract qualified Installers, Journeyman Plumbers, Drivers, and Warehouse professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, trade-focused sourcing, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate relevant experience, technical qualifications, reliability, work history, and overall fit for the position.
- Understand role-specific requirements, including licensing, certifications, driving requirements, installation experience, and other qualifications needed for production positions.
- Partner closely with Production and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and what success looks like in each role.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled-trade positions.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and create a professional, responsive hiring experience from initial contact through offer.
- Track and manage candidates throughout the recruiting pipeline using Paylocity.
- Meet or exceed hiring targets while balancing speed, candidate quality, and workforce readiness across supported markets.
- Develop local sourcing relationships and referral networks to expand access to skilled production talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, trade events, community partnerships, and recruiting initiatives to increase awareness and attract qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience or a background in production, installation, or operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment with multiple open roles.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Paylocity or similar recruiting platforms.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday
- Occasional evening or weekend availability during peak hiring periods
- A fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on hiring needs
- Regular use of recruiting tools and systems for sourcing, candidate communication, and pipeline management
- Opportunities to represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
- Handling confidential candidate and hiring information with professionalism and discretion
