The Recruiting team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter to help grow teams across Elation Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting while working alongside experienced recruiters on our Talent team. Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams and roles company-wide, from job posting through offerSource and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and other creative channels, using AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent more efficientlyLeverage AI tools to streamline resume screening, candidate research, and outreach personalization, while applying good judgment to ensure fairness and accuracySchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams alikeHelp create a fabulous candidate experience by communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly at every touchpointKeep our applicant tracking system meticulously updated in real time, ensuring accurate candidate status and pipeline dataPartner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles across departmentsBe an ambassador of Elation Health's mission and core values throughout the candidate journeyTrack recruiting metrics and pipeline data, using AI-powered dashboards or reporting tools where available to flag trends or bottlenecks to the teamStay current on emerging AI recruiting tools and best practices, and help evaluate new technologies that could improve our hiring processTake on special projects to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience as you grow in the rolePartner across both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, leveraging periods between active hiring cycles to contribute to core HR programs, retention strategies, and team development Experience And Skills 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitingEffective communication with hiring teamsComfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with meticulous attention to detail -- you take pride in keeping records accurate and up-to-dateComfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your workEagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over timeExperience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) strongly preferred Salary range: $85,000-100,000 Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life.
