• Sourcing & Screening: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing compelling job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms, sourcing passive candidates, and screening resumes and applications.
• Interview & Selection: Conduct initial phone/video interviews, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and advise managers on effective interviewing techniques.
• Candidate Management: Administer pre-employment assessments, perform reference and background checks, prepare and extend job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, host recruitment events, and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand.

Experience

[3-5 years in recruitment, preferably in Engineering or Construction]

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field
