Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Source and engage top engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screen and qualify technical resumes for experienced engineering positions
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Write job descriptions and interview materials
- Partner closely with engineers, hiring managers, and office leads to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Support campus recruiting initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA of 3.4)
- 1+ years of experience recruiting for technical or engineering positions, preferably in an agency environment
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise with a proven ability to independently source and engage top technical talent
- Ability to independently evaluate technical resumes
- Experience conducting candidate interviews
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write job postings, develop interview materials, and build rapport with candidates
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
