About The Role

You're a recruiter who thrives on speed, volume, and wins. You know the Inland Empire warehouse and manufacturing market - or you're ready to own it. You don't wait for candidates to apply; you go find them. And you want a role where your effort directly shows up in your paycheck.

What You'll Do

• Fill light industrial roles - pickers, packers, forklift operators, material handlers, assemblers, machine operators, general labor - across Riverside and the Inland Empire
• Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, onboard, and follow up
• Manage 40+ open requisitions at a time and move candidates from application to start date fast
• Build pipelines before peak season hits, not after
• Source through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Handle first-day follow-ups, attendance issues, and associate escalations
• Keep clean records in our ATS and stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify

Who We're Looking For

You have 3 years of recruiting or high-volume staffing experience (light industrial a big plus), comfort with fast turnaround and high requisition loads, strong phone and in-person communication, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and experience with Bullhorn, Avionte, or similar ATS.
