About the Job: We're looking for a driven, hands-on Recruiter to support our recruiting function during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you'll run full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us attract, assess, and hire top talent — fast. What You'll Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview structureManage job postings and hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR/Greenhouse)Conduct first-round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessmentsDrive structured, high-quality interview processes that improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fillProactively source and engage top talent using our ATS and LinkedIn Candidate Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experienceLead interview scheduling across time zones with speed and precisionRepresent and elevate Comfrt in every candidate interaction Process & Coordination Track recruiting activity (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and share updates with the Director of HRFollow and help refine existing recruiting processes to keep pipelines moving What We're Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, startup, or scaling environmentsExperience in Ecommerce/DTC a plus!Experience hiring for Product Development/Technology positionsAbility to independently manage end-to-end recruitmentStrong sourcing expertise across multiple platformsExperience with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus!)Exceptional communication and organization skillsAbility to ramp quickly and move fast without sacrificing qualityAvailability to start on short notice preferred Why Join Comfrt?
