Position Details: Industry: Banking/Finance Job Title: Recruiter Location: Sunrise, FL 33323 (Hybrid - 3 day Onsite per week) Duration: 12 Months (Extension/COnversion based on performance) Pay Range: $28 hr. - $29/hr. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Manage recruiting activities across assigned requisitions and recruitment workstreams. Review resumes and candidate qualifications against established job requirements. Conduct candidate screenings and document assessment outcomes accurately. Prepare candidate recommendations and support hiring managers with candidate review and selection. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Monitor recruiting milestones, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely hiring delivery. Provide clear updates regarding candidate status, recruiting timelines, risks, and required actions. Identify potential recruiting risks involving compliance, documentation, timelines, or stakeholder dependencies. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or Recruitment Operations. Experience with candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, and/or recruitment lifecycle activities. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and employment compliance requirements. Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance-focused environment. Experience supporting risk identification, controls, audits, or documentation-quality reviews. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting workflows, and reporting tools.
