About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition across manufacturing facilities and corporate functions. This Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic sourcing with high-touch stakeholder management.

This role offers high visibility with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting a variety of hiring initiatives in a growing organization. It’s an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter who enjoys both strategic sourcing and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting efforts for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, R&D, and corporate positions.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates across hourly, salaried, and leadership-level roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process from requisition through offer and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize major job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and professional associations to identify top talent.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies for manufacturing, technical, engineering, and corporate talent.
  • Develop creative approaches to attract candidates in competitive labor markets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market visibility and attract qualified talent.
  • Create and maintain talent communities for recurring hiring needs across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate closely with plant leadership, functional leaders, and corporate hiring managers.
  • Provide recruiting updates, market intelligence, and talent insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support hiring initiatives across multiple facilities and business functions.
  • Assist with workforce planning and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Act as a consultative Recruiter to business leaders and hiring teams.

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience as a Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or related environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to recruit for both hourly production and professional-level positions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, automotive, or related organizations.
  • Multi-site recruiting experience supporting manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
  • Experience hiring engineers, supply chain professionals, technical specialists, and operations leaders.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, workforce planning, and employer branding strategies.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment metrics reporting.
