About the role

We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and engaging contract recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role requires industry experience in manufacturing, machining, or engineering and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of proactive safety.
• Partner with managers and human resources to create and post job descriptions.
• Post positions via UKG PRO and review/screen responses daily.
• Share resumes with hiring managers and coordinate phone interviews for qualified applicants, providing a detailed summary of interview findings.
• Coordinate in-person interviews, greet applicants, and oversee interview schedules.
• Draft offer paperwork and present positions to applicants.
• Coordinate with HR Generalist on hire dates and first-day onboarding steps.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment (Quality, Machining, Engineering, or Leadership roles).
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to prioritize workload while delivering results.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and UKG PRO (HRIS program).
• Dependable, quick learner with strong business acumen to attract top talent.

Schedule

• Flexible hours available.
• Work must be performed on-site.
