About the role
Binti is a for-profit, mission-driven software company based in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to support our growing team. The role involves executing the full-cycle recruiting process across various functions, including sourcing, engaging candidates, supporting interviews, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience while adhering to Binti's established processes and leveraging AI support.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process across all functions, from intake meetings and job descriptions to candidate onsites, offer development, and closing.
- Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates to build a diverse pipeline using primarily outbound outreach, partnering closely with stakeholders to refine sourcing approaches for each role.
- Support hiring managers on Binti’s interviewing and assessment practices, equitable hiring, and compensation discussions, helping keep the process moving quickly and consistently.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly, managing interview schedules efficiently, and championing Binti’s values and mission throughout the process.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to help the team measure progress, flag bottlenections, and ensure hiring velocity stays on track.
Requirements
You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role where you successfully learned existing processes and performed at a high level of throughput and efficiency.

- A clear and influential communicator both verbally and in writing, able to keep candidates engaged and work collaboratively with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Excellent organization and execution skills, moving with urgency and following through on commitments and timelines.
- Thrive in a high-volume environment and stay organized even when juggling many open roles.
- Excel at stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers across functions and keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
- Pivot with flexibility and adaptability, juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities with ease.
- Be open to feedback, eager to learn Binti’s way of doing things, and excited to grow in an environment that moves fast.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Location
Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and requires team members to be in-office Mondays and Thursdays. This role will also need to be in office on additional days for candidate onsites.
