About the role

Our client, a leading independent communications and marketing firm, is seeking a Recruiter to join its New York-based HR team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for junior-level talent, building candidate pipelines, managing the interview process, and partnering with hiring leaders to support continued growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within public relations, communications, advertising, or professional services organizations and a passion for owning high-volume entry-level hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting within public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, or professional services environments
• Experience sourcing and recruiting junior-level or early-career talent
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives

Pay

The salary for this role is $70K–$125K.
