About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from application to offer
- Review and process inbound applications daily
- Conduct phone screening interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS
- Prepare and extend offer letters
- Source & headhunt new candidates utilizing multiple resources
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate onboarding meetings and documents
- Partner with hiring managers to align on needs
- Use headhunting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Resume to find passive candidates
- Develop personal outreach strategies to attract top talent
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS systems preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and candidate outreach

Pay
$50K – $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses
