Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for production roles in a fast-paced and complex recruitment environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment process from candidate attraction to interviewing, focusing on machine operator roles in a production environment.
- Drive successful inclusion and diversity strategies throughout the recruiting process lifecycle.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support business needs related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Support local and regional recruitment projects as needed.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as fill ratio and time to fill.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end hourly mass recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and full cycle recruiting.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to work on multiple roles and recruitment-related initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with people leaders and candidates at various levels.
About the role
This is a fully onsite contract position based in South Chesterfield, VA, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role covers a leave period and involves a significant ramp-up to open a new facility. The company offers a collaborative and engaging work environment and is highly sought after by employees.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
