Responsibilities

• Hire A‑players: work with the co‑founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent worldwide, and create hiring playbooks.
• Act like a founder: go beyond the scope of work, embrace freedom and ownership, and do whatever it takes to win.
• Be data‑driven: track pipelines and conversion rates, using data to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Sell the vision: serve as one of the first impressions of ARQ, telling our story in a way that excites and converts top talent.
• Move with urgency: act quickly on great candidates without sacrificing quality.
• Design the system: build scalable processes, tools, and rituals that turn the talent team into a world‑class machine.
• Continuously improve: iterate on outreach, interviews, and processes to get better every week.

Requirements

• Proven track record of hiring A‑players in a fast‑paced environment.
• Precise sourcing skills; not relying solely on inbound applicants.
• Resourcefulness in leveraging LinkedIn and the current team’s network to source candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high EQ, able to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates, understand what drives candidates, assess cultural fit, and provide a world‑class candidate experience.
• Excellent organization skills, managing candidate funnels with meticulous attention to detail and due diligence, delivering a white‑glove experience.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, a relentless drive, and a proven track record as a closer.
