Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Cook up and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence
  • Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring practices
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus

Perks

  • The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000- $100000 annually.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
  • Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
