About the Role
Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven, faith-based organization in the Littleton area seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This 2-3 month contract role offers $30 - $32/hour, potential benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), and possible extension. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting operations, leveraging AI tools, and working in a collaborative, values-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platforms
- Review incoming applications and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Utilize AI tools to compare resumes against job requirements and scoring criteria
- Develop candidate evaluation scorecards and hiring rubrics for open roles
- Present top candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Send candidate disposition and rejection communications
- Maintain urgency and organization while supporting multiple active requisitions
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience
- Experience using AI tools or technology to support recruiting workflows
- Strong ability to assess resumes against job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working within a faith-based organization
Additional Details
- Part-time contract opportunity (28 hours/week with a consistent schedule)
- Fully onsite position in Littleton, CO
- Contract expected to last 2–3 months with potential extension
