We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "What You'll Do", "What We're Looking For", "What Success Looks Like", "Why You'll Love Working at Action", plus salary line "$70,000 - $78,000 a year". Also mention work-from-home, travel, etc. Should we include sections: About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content accordingly. We have "Who We Are" description about company - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "Who We Are" which is about company. Could treat as "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for role description (What You'll Do). But we also have "What You'll Do" which is responsibilities. So we could have sections: About the role (maybe brief intro), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What We're Looking For), Qualifications (maybe plus), Skills (maybe), Benefits (Why You'll Love Working at Action), Pay (salary), Schedule (work-from-home, hours, travel). Need to ensure we only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, AI statement, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "We are committed to investing..." maybe keep as part of benefits? It's about infrastructure etc. Could be part of Benefits. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like: 40 years legacy, founded 1984, premier HOA management, largest privately owned HOA management company in West, serve over 300 communities across 9 offices, team of nearly 900 dedicated members, etc. That's "Who We Are". Should we put that under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. However instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings. "About the role" could include company overview? Usually "About the role" is about the position, not company. But we have no separate company heading allowed. Could we put company info under "About the role"? Might be acceptable as it's still about the role context. Or we could omit company info? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can include it under "About the role" as a preamble. Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. Requirements: "What We're Looking For" includes minimum experience, sourcing skills, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Also pluses: staffing agency experience, hospitality etc, Lever experience. Qualifications: maybe we could separate required vs preferred? But we can combine. Skills: maybe list specific skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, sourcing, communication, etc. Benefits: "Why You'll Love Working at Action" includes award-winning culture, Great Place to Work Certification, Glassdoor reviews, comprehensive benefits: competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k) matching, work-life balance: flexible PTO, sick time, holiday pay, birthday holiday, cutting edge technology, career growth and development. Pay: "$70,000 - $78,000 a year". Also mention competitive salary already in benefits but we still need Pay section if posting states it. It does state salary range. So we include Pay. Schedule: "This is a work-from-home position; however, candidates must be able and willing to work California business hours, regardless of where they are located. The position may require occasional local and California travel for hiring events, business meetings, training, or other recruiting-related needs. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel when business needs require it." So schedule includes remote, hours, travel. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. We must not include application instructions. There's none. We must not include EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Remove the final paragraphs about Equal Opportunity Employer, AI tools, etc. We must not include navigation/cookie/legal. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We need to decide which content goes where. Let's outline:

    About the role

With a legacy spanning four decades, Action Property Management has become the premier choice for homeowner’s association management. Founded in 1984, Action began with a single client and a vision to elevate ethical and professional standards in the HOA industry. Our unwavering commitment to integrity, and professionalism coupled with our core values of excellence, innovation and care for people, continues to define us. Today, as the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, we proudly serve over 300 communities across 9 offices. Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.

    That covers company info.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance.
    • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions.
    • Build effective Boolean search strings and use creative search techniques to uncover talent across multiple platforms.
    • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct recruiter screens and provide thoughtful, concise candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
    • Serve as a responsive and solutions-oriented recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing regular updates, market insights, and recommendations throughout the search.
    • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, calibrate candidate profiles, troubleshoot recruiting challenges, and adjust strategies when needed.
    • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects as needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience required.
    • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated experience proactively identifying candidates.
    • Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and the ability to translate job requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source and engage candidates.
    • Comfortable proactively reaching out to passive candidates through InMail, email, phone, and other channels.
    • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through the completion of the hiring process.
    • Strong commitment to internal customer service and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
    • Highly responsive, collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
    • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to follow through and keep searches moving forward.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple open positions, stakeholders, and competing priorities while staying organized.
Maybe we also need Qualifications: could separate preferred qualifications (plus). But we can incorporate plus under Requirements or Skills. However we have a separate "Qualifications" heading allowed. Let's put preferred qualifications there.

    Qualifications

    • Staffing agency recruiting experience is a plus.
    • Experience recruiting for hospitality, property management, HOA/community management, customer service, engineering, or related roles is a plus.
    • Experience using Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
Skills: maybe list specific skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, sourcing, communication, relationship building, etc. But we already covered many in Requirements. Could still have Skills heading summarizing. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we don't need Skills if covered. However we have to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Skills could be derived but we already have them in Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to omit Skills. Benefits: "Why You'll Love Working at Action" plus maybe also mention "We are committed to investing in the infrastructure, technology, training, and tools you need to excel in your role." That's also benefit. Let's craft Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Award‑winning culture: Proud recipient of the Great Place to Work Certification.
    • Highly rated employer: Glassdoor reviews available.
    • Comprehensive benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, and 401(k) matching for qualifying team members.
    • Work‑life balance: Flexible paid time off, sick time, holiday pay, and your birthday holiday.
    • Cutting‑edge technology: Access to industry‑leading tools and resources that drive efficiency and success.
    • Career growth and development: Company committed to supporting your professional growth and helping you achieve your goals.
    • Investment in infrastructure, technology, training, and tools to excel in your role.
    Pay: salary range.

    Pay

    $70,000 - $78,000 a year

    Schedule: remote, California hours, travel.

    Schedule

    • Work‑from‑home position.
    • Must be able and willing to work California business hours, regardless of location.
    • Occasional local and California travel may be required for hiring events, business meetings, training, or other recruiting‑related needs.
    • Flexibility to travel when business needs require it.
We must not include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer, AI statement. Remove. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content inadvertently. Check that we didn't miss any substantive details: The "Who We Are" paragraph includes details about legacy, founded 1984, vision, commitment, core values, largest privately owned HOA management company in West, serve over 300 communities across 9 offices, team of nearly 900 dedicated members. All included. What You'll Do: we captured all bullet points. What We're Looking For: we captured all bullet points (minimum 1 year, strong sourcing, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, passive outreach, passion for candidate experience, internal customer service, responsive collaborative, sense of urgency, communication, manage multiple positions). Also we captured pluses under Qualifications. What Success Looks Like: we didn't include a section for that. It's descriptive of what success looks like; could be considered part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "What Success Looks Like". But allowed headings list does not include that. However we could incorporate its content into Responsibilities or Benefits? It's more about performance expectations. Could be considered part of Responsibilities (what success looks like). But
