Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is a global platform commercializing innovative proprietary medications, focused on launching scientifically advanced products to address unmet needs in oncology and dermatology. The company is building a new Dermatology Business Unit to launch ADQUEY™, a novel treatment for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis. About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-life-cycle recruiting, serving as the public face of the company to ensure positive candidate experiences from application to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor practices. This role is onsite 4 days a week with 1 day of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to recommend recruitment strategies, identify key performance factors, and establish interviewing criteria.
- Proactively build applicant pools and talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and college recruitment.
- Evaluate applications, review resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews to narrow candidate pools.
- Recommend top candidates to hiring managers for in-person interviews and conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
- Plan and develop strategies to anticipate future employment needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Represent the company at internal and external events to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, non-compete agreements, and company culture.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates to keep them engaged for current or future opportunities.
- Develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges and research industry trends.
- Create and manage accounts in iCims, train users on system functionalities, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Develop and monitor recruitment dashboards, metrics, and automated data feeds.
- Design, organize, and evaluate training programs related to recruitment, interviewing skills, and iCims.
- Train new hires and existing employees on the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of positions.
- Strong ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and leverage LinkedIn and ATS (preferably iCims).
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Experience supporting rapid organizational growth, commercial product launches, or high-volume hiring initiatives is strongly preferred.

Pay
Compensation range: $100,000 – $120,000 USD per year.
Schedule
Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote (standard for all employees).
Physical Requirements
- Office-based role requiring standing, sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands/fingers for computer and telephone work.
- Specific vision abilities required for close computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting (up to 10 pounds) occasionally required.
