Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Baltimore, Maryland. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of Recruiter and Staffing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus ChristManage full-cycle hiring and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates. This includes interviews, offer presentations, and reviewing new hire documents with integrity and careLead and train Seasonal Human Resources Associates throughout Operation Christmas Child, helping them grow in their roles while maintaining consistent and high-quality supportDevelop strong, strategic pipelines of qualified candidates through active sourcing and CRM updates, as well as organize off-site recruiting events and maintain data accuracy for all applicantsBuild effective, collaborative relationships across the ministry. This involves intake meetings, coordination around hiring decisions, and consistent engagement with teams and hiring sectorsSupport all aspects of HR operations, including compensation, compliance, performance, and HR policiesOther duties as assigned What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Effective presentation skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ExcelTwelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire What are the benefits?
